CEO of Bo Le Associates for Greater China, David Chan presented on the topic of “Attracting Talent in a Changing Market”.

David表示:随着一些省份及城市的重点行业推动,更多专业人士前往成都这样的城市,尤其像技术或金融服务等关键领域的供应短缺人才,同时,公司需要了解员工的需求,并在政府举措的支持下,找到吸引人才的创新方式。
David commented several talents changes in Chengdu:
● We are seeing high demand for talented professionals to move to cities such as Chengdu
● Demand will be very driven by focused industries in these Provinces and cities
● Talent supply shortages in key areas such as Technology and financial services
● Companies needs to understand what employees are looking for and with the support of government initiatives, they can find new and innovative ways to attract these talents

David提及:伯乐和英智从2001年开始便在成都开启业务运营,到现在,我们看到成都等中国西部地区的人才需求和人才增长变化,令人兴奋的是,政府、企业和人力资源解决方案提供商齐心协力,共同推动人才吸引政策,推动人力资源产业健康发展。
David mentioned that “Bo Le and BRecruit businesses have been operating in Chengdu since 2001 and we have seen the growth of talent demand and talent shift into the Western China region in cities such as Chengdu. It is exciting to see Government, Corporates and HR Solutions Providers all come together to work collaboratively to develop ways to attract talent this region”.
