In 20 years as an executive search professional, Gary has built a solid track record in searching for senior management positions in the region’s top markets, particularly Hong Kong and China.  He has also spearheaded the firm’s ventures in South Korea and Japan, where he has completed a good number of assignments for multinational companies.

As the Head of Industrial practice for Bó Lè Hong Kong, Gary specializes in recruiting senior executives for Automotive, Manufacturing, Semiconductor / Electronics, Heavy Industrial and Internet Security across the region.  Prior to joining Bó Lè, he had prolific stints in sales, marketing and business development, particularly in the automotive industry where he has held managerial positions in various firms in the past.  As a search professional, Gary is known for his business acumen and highly strategic approach to completing assignments.

After studying in the United Kingdom, he returned to Hong Kong to attend the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong, where he holds a Business Administration degree with a major in Business Studies. He also received a Certificate in E-Commerce from the Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
