Sophia has 20 years of professional experience in multinational companies, including 5 years in corporate HR (Delphi Automotive and Yum! Brands Inc.)  and 15 years in executive search. She specializes in recruiting top-caliber senior management positions for companies in the Industrial, Consumer Product and Services sectors. 

Her previous corporate HR experience encompasses a wide range of specialized functions, although her core strengths are in recruitment, training & development, and communication.  Prior to joining Bó Lè Associates in 2003, she worked as Consultant and Business Development Manager for Euro Search, the UK-based executive search firm, where she is credited for building strong client relationships with top-tier companies in various sectors. 

As a search consultant, Sophia is known for her proactive, hands-on approach to working with clients leading to successful and timely search completions, as well as for her self-initiative, adaptability, communication skills and ability to provide solutions even under extremely challenging situations.
