Ms. Sun possesses over 12 years’ worth of professional experience in executive search area and begins her career as a Research Associate at Bó Lè Associates since 2005. With her outstanding performance, she has been promoted to Senior Associate, Director and Managing Director in sequential years.

She specializes in the sectors of industry, professional service, Financial Service and other sectors.  She has a proven track record of completing a list of assignments as General Manager, Business Directors, Partners, Managing Director, CFO and HRD for a number of US and European multinational companies as well as Fortune 500 companies.

Previously, she worked for a local search firm as a consultant, covering many industries; government; banking but with a focus on management consulting company for local markets.

Additionally, Ms. Sun has won Asia Top 10 biller in a row since 2011.

She has graduated from Fu Dan University, one of the top 3 universities in China.
