Iris joined Bó Lè in 2010 as a Research Associate. Within 3 years, she had already accumulated a remarkable track record, thus earning her promotion. She is currently an Associate, focusing on the Industrial, and Technology, Media and Telecommunications industries.
Prior to joining Bó Lè, Iris was a Project Management Engineer at a technology company. Her experience there allowed her to articulate the crucial skills needed to succeed in the technology industry. Leveraging this advantage, Iris speaks the IT language and understands the hiring needs of clients in the IT industry.
Iris received her Master of Science in Control Systems & Engineering from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Computer-aided Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire in the United Kingdom. She speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
