Tracy Huang, currently the Regional Business Development Director for South China and Hong Kong, is based in Guangzhou.  As one of the founding members of Bo Le Associates since 1997, Tracy has 22 years of professional experience in executive search, in which 16 years as the Office Manager of Bo Le Guangzhou Office.  An experienced recruiter Tracy has worked with numerous leading U.S. and European companies in Greater China. Tracy has established broad recruitment practices specializing in senior positions for HR, Sales & Marketing and Manufacturing, particularly for the sectors of Consumer, E-commerce/Internet，Industrial and Financial Services. 

Prior to joining Bó Lè Associates, she spent almost two years as a Research Associate at China Search Limited and a further two years as Consultant at L&K Consultancy. Before establishing her career in the search industry, she had a successful stint at Nike Inc. China as Assistant to the Development Director. 

As a search consultant, Tracy's track record is characterized by her perseverance and determination in completing even the most complicated searches. 

She earned her B.A. in English and Literature from Jinan University.
