Issa is a Senior Research Associate based in Hong Kong office. She is focused in the Apparel & Accessories, Hardline Sourcing & Supply Chain Markets, as a member of the Sourcing Practice.

Prior to joining Bó Lè, Issa worked for Korn Ferry Hay Group as a Research Analyst. Previously, she worked in an executive search firm based in Hong Kong as a Research Associate, responsible for executive search assignments in the Banking & Finance, and Commercial sectors.

Issa holds a Masters in Human Resources Management from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Business Management from Monash University, Melbourne. She speaks fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
