Tika has over 12 years of experience in executive search and in the Human Resources sector, with more than 5 years exposure in in-house human resources mostly handling recruitment, training & organizational development, and 7 years in executive search specializing in the Manufacturing, Industrial, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, and Retail Industries.

Prior to joining Bó Lè in 2010 as an Associate, she was a consultant at John Clements Consultant Indonesia, an international headhunting firm. Before launching her career as an executive search professional, she was a HR Generalist at Wigo Distribusi Farmasi, a renowned pharmaceutical company in Indonesia.

Tika holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Major in industry and organization psychology from the University of Indonesia. She speaks fluent English and Bahasa Indonesian.
