Sonal Gupta is a Senior Associate based in the Hong Kong Office. As a member of the technology practice her focus is on recruiting technology positions across various sectors. She has a strong background in Consulting and Executive Search and has helped clients find talent for hard to find roles in niche areas.

Prior to joining Bo Le, Sonal worked in the technology sector – Government, Financials Services and MNC. She branched out into Compliance and Risk space in APAC and has successfully executed multiple Senior assignments in the region.

Sonal has successfully placed candidates at all levels from Associate to Managing Director in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing, Mumbai, Frankfurt.
