With accumulative 7 years in financial service industry as search consultant and in-house manager, Maggie is specialized in front and middle office recruitment with focus on Investment Banking, Private Equity/Venture Investment, Special Situations, Asset Management and Legal & Compliance.

Prior to joining Bo Le, Maggie was a Management Consultant at a boutique search firm focusing on Financial Service practice. 

Maggie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Language & Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University and a Masters’ degree in International Relations from Peking University.

She is fluent in Mandarin, English and Japanese.
