Erlin joined Bó Lè Associates in 2006 as Senior Research Associate. With her stellar performance, she was promoted to Director in early 2013.

Erlin specializes in consumer business, manufacturing, logistic and supply chain, and also mining and plantation. She has strong track record in recruiting human resources and finance professional from mid manager to senior level executive. Prior to joining Bó Lè Associates, she was the HR Development Supervisor at the Orang Tua Group, a prestigious FMCG organization in Indonesia, where she was responsible for a full spectrum of HR activities including staffing and recruitment, training and development, and performance evaluation.

Erlin has a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Psychology with a major in adult clinical psychology and a minor in industry and organization psychology from the University of Indonesia, with Cum Laude honor for both degrees. She speaks fluent English and Bahasa Indonesian.
