With 20 years of professional experience in executive search, Sarah has served clients in various industries with focus in the Professional Services, Financial Services, FMCG, Manufacturing and Healthcare & Pharmaceutical sectors. She also specializes in senior functional positions in finance, HR and General Management.

Prior to joining Bó Lè Associates, Sarah worked for three years at KPMG in both Shanghai and Los Angeles, where she was responsible for HR consulting, executive search and selection. She also worked as a Project Manager for the People's Insurance Company in Beijing. 

As a senior search consultant, Sarah is noted for her global management perspective and local expertise, having received extensive professional exposure in both China and the United States. 

Sarah received her B.A. in English Language and Literature from Beijing Normal University and earned a Master's s degree in International Business Administration from the West Coast University in Los Angeles.
