Shirley joined Bó Lè in 2002, and has developed her career with the business for over 12 years. Shirley is exceptionally proficient with all aspects of the executive search process, having risen through the ranks from a Research Associate through excellent performance and consistent results. Shirley specializes in the Industrial, Financial Services, FMCG and Pharmaceutical sectors, and is known for her ability to analyze and assess difficult assignments, determining the most effective method of approach and executing it with efficiency.  
Prior to joining the business, Shirley launched her professional career at KPMG in Shanghai as a Recruitment Consultant, responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates for mid-level positions. She also managed key client accounts and conducted market research, optimizing the business's human capital.
Shirley holds a Bachelor's Degree of Arts with a major in Practical English, and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
