Ellen Lin is Managing Director and East Region Head at Bo Le Associates.  In the past 20 years, she has completed hundreds of executive recruitment projects for various MNCs and local conglomerates with quality and efficiency. 

In the past four years, she as Regional Head North and West China has also built up a committed and high performing team covering multiple industry sectors to achieve a sustainable and fast growth in the region.

From 2022, Ellen will assume the responsibility as Region Head for East China. She and the teams in Shanghai, Suzhou and Chengdu will leverage her expertise and network to continue provide the top-tier service and delivery to our clients.
