Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct company and candidate research and analyses across industries and countries in Asia through various approaches including cold-calls
  • Screen and assess candidates through systematic and professional interview techniques and utilizing other competency assessment tools
  • Prepare candidate assessment reports and make professional recommendations
  • Work closely with consultants to ensure quality, speed and accuracy of the search execution process and timely completion of assignments
  • Assist consultants in generating revenue and driving business development
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder with solid academic credentials
  • Prospective university graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proactive and results-oriented with excellent people skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English is a pre-requisite
