Management Trainee
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct company and candidate research and analyses across industries and countries in Asia through various approaches including cold-calls
- Screen and assess candidates through systematic and professional interview techniques and utilizing other competency assessment tools
- Prepare candidate assessment reports and make professional recommendations
- Work closely with consultants to ensure quality, speed and accuracy of the search execution process and timely completion of assignments
- Assist consultants in generating revenue and driving business development
- Degree holder with solid academic credentials
- Prospective university graduates are welcome to apply
- Proactive and results-oriented with excellent people skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English is a pre-requisite
