Shorter Lead Time

Our number of days to complete search assignments, at 56 days, is much shorter than that of other international search firms. Below is a typical timetable:

Week 1 - 3
Present client with 3-4 shortlisted candidates (after covering about 50-60% of the candidate universe).
Week 4 - 5
Hiring managers interview initial shortlisted candidates. Feedback from these "benchmark" interviews is used to refine the search process.

By this time, 60-80% of the candidate universe will be covered.
Week 6 - 7
Make offer to the finalist candidate, subject to a thorough reference check. Provide a strong backup candidate.
Week 7 - 8
Finalize employment offer and benefits negotiation.

*Note: This schedule is applicable to searches within our core practices. Assignments involved in highly specialized areas (particularly technical and newly created functions/ products) may take somewhat longer.
