On May 31, 2012, Bó Lè Associates hosted a networking dinner titled "Renewing Paradigms on Employee Loyalty and Turnover Rates". The main topic of discussion was the shifting views towards positive vs negative turnover, and whether having a low turnover rate is necessarily beneficial to a business in terms of internal innovation. Pham Thanh Van, the Senior Consultant to British Petroleum Upstream Asia Pacific, was the keynote speaker at the event, and shared her thoughts on these changing perspectives in the Human Resources sector. The event was very successful, and participants were able to actively exchange views on the changing trends within the Human Resources field, as well as discuss the potential effects of such changes on the industry as a whole.
