Kris Xu joins Bo Le as a Managing Director & the Head of TMT Practice for Mainland China (ES China) based in Shanghai. Kris reports directly to CEO Mr. David Chan and as  part of the Bo Le Greater China Leadership team.

Prior to Bo Le Kris was a Senior HR Director at OYO Hotels the world most fast-growing hotel chain and HR Partner at Huawei Technologies supporting global business growth. Kris also spent years in international search firms as manager covering multiple industries in his early career. Kris will be responsible for building our TMT strategy for Mainland China and work closely with our TMT teams in HK & Taiwan. Kris brings to Bo Le a strong combination of search and internal HR experience.
