Sophie has several years recruitment experience both in agency and as internal HR. As a senior consultant in our corporate service team, she specialized in delivering talent acquisition and attraction for HR/ Legal/PR and admin related roles for different kinds and sizes company

Prior to joining Bo-Le Associate she was an internal HR based in group HQ and focus on talent acquisition and employer branding project. Before the inhouse HR role, she was a consultant in a famous British firm and recruits the potential talents for the clients worldwide.

Sophie completed her bachelor degree in Dalian with fluent English, German and Mandarin.
