"It is real hard for me to make this decision to retire since I love Bó Lè very much.

When I reach full retirement age and see so many young colleagues grow, I think it is time for me to give way to the young generation and do something different that suits my age and fulfills my dream. I sincerely thank Louisa for accepting my resignation.

I would like to take this opportunity to:

- thank Louisa, who is my Bó Lè since we met in Hong Kong in 1994, for giving me a valuable opportunity to learn and conduct executive search. In the past 15 years, Louisa has been my teacher and coach.

- thank our clients. In my tenure at Bó Lè, I have worked with over 100 clients who have given me great support and assistance.

- thank the wonderful team. Without the help of the Bó Lè family, I don’t think I would have stayed with the company for 15 years.
