Satoko is a veteran executive search professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Specializing in Financial Services with a unique focus on Japan, she has placed a number of leading executives including Chief Strategist, Head of Equity Research, Country Head of Distressed Debt Investments, and Director of Special Situations. Satoko is adept at all areas of the Financial Services sector, sourcing candidates for functions such as equity research, asset management, real estate investment, and cash equity sales.
Prior to joining Bó Lè, Satoko was the head of Global Sage's Japan Asset Management business, where she played an instrumental role in its success, leading it to awards such as "#1 Best Head Hunters Japan" in 2007 by an AsianMoney poll. She also won a number of personal achievement awards, including "Best Deal Award" in 2003 and "Best intelligence Award" in 2000 and 2003. Satoko now plays a leading role in developing Bó Lè's Financial Services capacity, building the team's reach and capabilities in assisting Japanese clients in Asia.
Satoko holds a Bachelor of Arts from Seinan Gakuin University in Japan, and is fluent in English and Japanese. |
