Darren is a seasoned executive search specialist who, since joining Bó Lè Associates in early 2010, has been instrumental in growing and developing the business in Hong Kong. He has successfully completed assignments in the Financial Services, Consumer and IT industries, and has sourced and placed candidates for a broad range of business functions, including Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, and Research & Development, securing a number of high-profile placements.
Prior to joining Bó Lè Associates, Darren was a Business Consultant for MRI Worldwide, one of the largest global recruitment firms, where he specialized in the Financial and Oil & Gas sectors. He was responsible for Asia-Pacific assignments, leading all aspects of the recruitment cycle and building an extensive network of business contacts across the Asia-Pacific region. Darren is also a seasoned entrepreneur, having led his own IT software development business as well as an IT consultancy firm. He was known for developing comprehensive customer-client relationships and leading his businesses with vigor and drive.
Darren holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Monash University in Australia, and is fluent in English and Bahasa, with conversational ability in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Hokkien. |
