Kusumo joined Bó Lè Associates in 2010 as a Director for the Jakarta office. With over 19 years experience in managing the strategic and operational Human Resources function in mostly multinational and prestigious corporations, Kusumo is now specializing in searching talents in FMCG, engineering, telecommunication, digital, media industries as well as consulting industries.
Prior to joining Bó Lè, Kusumo had spend the last 13 years of his career as an executive in HR for various firms including Nokia, Reckitt Benckiser and ALSTOM, after starting his HR career at British American Tobacco, ABB and the pre-mergence Price Waterhouse in Indonesia. As an HR professional, he has covered change management, organization development, company restructuring, talent management, as well as HR services and delivery. His overall human resources experience, combined with a good overview of diverse industries facilitates him in identifying and matching the right talent to the right opportunity.
Kusumo graduated from the University of Indonesia with a practitioner degree in Psychology followed by an MBA in International Management from the Prasetya Mulya University, Indonesia. Born in Rome, Italy with an ensuing academic and professional career in Indonesia, Kusumo has a very culturally diverse background with fluency in English, Dutch and Indonesian. |
