With 15 years’ experience in executive search, Michelle has built an impressive portfolio of successful completions in mid- to senior level assignments for top FMCG, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Industrial companies in the region. With a Master of Management in Human Resources from Macquarie University, she leads our specialization in Human Resources in Hong Kong and works closely with other specialist consultants in China on assignments in Asia including Greater China.
Prior to joining Bó Lè, she worked as Executive Assistant at Golden Sand Holdings, where she reported directly to the Chairman and the Managing Director. Aside from providing executive support, she took charge of personnel and administration, supervised all office subordinates, and oversaw the daily administrative operations of all three companies under the Golden Sand Group - Golden Sand Holdings, Golden Sand Trading, and Golden Sand Marble Factory.
As an experienced search professional, she is known for her speed, efficiency and perseverance in completing search assignments under difficult circumstances and tight time constraints. At Bó Lè, she also co-ordinates our intra-office liaisons on top of her hectic search practice.
