Connie Hui has been doing searches for Bó Lè Associates for 15 years now. She specializes in the insurance, consumer banking, asset management and private equity, particularly in search assignments for general management positions (e.g. GM, MD, etc.) and senior functional positions in finance, marketing/sales, operations and engineering.
She has assumed lead roles in driving growth in 3 of the firm's 25 offices in Asia: Taipei, Shanghai and Bangkok, the latter office she helped set up in the year 2000. She has since returned to the firm's regional headquarters in Hong Kong where she is a managing director.
Prior to joining Bó Lè Associates, she started her career in executive search at the international search firm Russell Reynolds. |
