Pang has over 7 years of search experience in the Property & Construction (P&C) space spanning Europe and Asia Pacific, and partnering with Contractors and Property Developers across the region. With more than 11 years of networking experience, he has been responsible for delivering executive-level professionals for key clients and multibillion dollar projects. From his strategic base in Hong Kong, he has been instrumental in initiating and developing the P&C search practice for RGF and continues in this mission with Bó Lè Associates.

 

Before joining Bó Lè, Pang was a Senior Consultant for Property and Construction for a well-known Asia-based executive search firm.  He was responsible for scaling development activities for the P&C practice and achieved significant success over his four-year tenure. Under Pang's leadership, the practice became synonymous with high standards of service delivery, and for providing local and international construction clientele with middle to executive-level professionals.

 

Pang has recently added IT search to his repertoire of search expertise and has worked with multinationals and regional firms completing high level assignments for integrated solutions providers for the financial services industry, hosting and data center specialists serving globally focused clientele, as well as functional IT executive assignments for the professional services field. His depth of knowledge in this highly technical and niche field has enabled him to penetrate search markets which have traditionally relied heavily on internal referral networks as well as in-house web advertising methodologies.  Demonstrating and maintaining high levels of service delivery and building meaningful business relationships has been a key factor in his success in this competitive search field.

 

Originally from the UK, Pang holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of York and has previously worked in Food & Beverage, Energy and Sales prior to his current career in executive search. Pang is a native speaker in English and Chinese and a keen amateur golfer.
