Prasert has over 16 years of recruitment experience in the corporate and executive search sectors. Throughout his wide and varied career, he has held senior recruitment positions for a number of leading corporate firms in Thailand.
Prior to rejoining Bó Lè Associates in February 2011, he was Head of Recruitment at The Minor Food Group, the largest food operators in Asia Pacific. Apart from managing a team of 3 recruitment specialists, he was involved in Manpower Planning and Talent Acquisition to support the group of companies. He also worked as a Recruitment Department Manager at Siam City Cement and as General Manager of Executive Recruitment at Central Retail Corporation.
His over 11 years of executive search experience spans a number of industries, including Consumer Products, Retail, Finance & Banking, Pharmaceutical and Telecommunication industries.Prasert holds a Bachelor' of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Assumption University and a Mini MBA from Chulalongkorn University. He is a native Thai and is fluent in English.
