Nancy has been an executive search professional for over 21 years. Prior to joining Bó Lè Associates, Nancy worked for LTA & Company, a local search firm in Hong Kong, and then spent four years at the international firm Russell Reynolds.
She is now the Practice Leader for the firm's FMCG & Retail sector, specializing in senior search assignments in various functional areas such as finance, marketing/sales and operations. She also specializes in the sectors of Manufacturing & Engineering and Financial Services. As a search professional, Nancy is distinguished for her efficiency and assertiveness in handling the most challenging senior assignments for top clients.
Prior to her career in executive search, she had a stint in the Legal and Financial audit departments of Wharf Properties Ltd. Nancy studied Accounting and Finance at the East Asia Open Institute and attended Law, Business and Marketing courses at Shue Yan College in Hong Kong.
