Cindy has 11 years of professional HR experience, with a proven track record in a wide range of human resource areas including recruitment, staffing, C&B, employee relations and welfare, training and development, among others

Prior to joining Bó Lè, she was the National HR Manager (Recruiting & Training) for Sika Construction Material China Co, Ltd., a recognized world leader in specialty construction chemicals and products, where she was responsible for developing national programs for recruitment and selection, training and development, headcount budget plans, compliance, etc.

She spent her formative HR years with a number of technology, sourcing and industrial multinationals including Infineon Technology (a German WOFE), Worldmark Suzhou Co. Ltd.(UK WOFE), Ramatex (Suzhou) Industrial Co. Ltd. (Singapore WOFE).

In addition to her repertoire of specialized HR skills, she is experienced in the use SAP (GMDS) Management System. As a consultant and corporate HR professional, she is known for her cross-functional adaptability, teamwork, efficiency and ability to manage pressure in completing projects.

Cindy graduated from Nanjing Economic University with a degree in Economic Trade.
