George has 16 years of professional experience in both executive search and HR management, and is now the Practice Leader for the firm's Manufacturing & Engineering searches. George also specializes in GM/MD searches and senior assignments for sales/marketing, IT and Operations for FMCG & Retail, Hospitality & Travel and Technology companies.

Prior to joining Bó Lè Associates, he was involved in the academia as an Assistant Professor at the Shanghai Teachers University before launching his career in HR and recruitment, first at Yangtze New World Hotel and then at Crowne Plaza hotel in Shanghai.

As a search consultant, George is known by clients as an HR expert and also for his track record in championing the role of HR in driving the success of businesses in China.

He received his B.A. from the East China Normal University and his Master degree from the Shanghai Teachers University.
