While we do not specialize in any particular industry or function, our core competencies are in handling senior to middle level assignments including CEOs, CFOs, Regional Heads, General Managers, Functional and Business Heads such as Sales/Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Production, etc. Approximately 60% of our clients are US multinationals, 35% European multinationals, and the rest are large local conglomerates.
While our focus is mainly executive search, we also execute from time to time large recruitment projects in China on our existing clients' request. These projects cover R&D, Engineers, Sales, etc and involve 20-80+ hires at the same time in multiple locations throughout China.
