Campus Recruitment
In order to further strengthen our
presence in the region, we have taken the initiative to launch our campus
recruitment service, Bó Lè Students, this year in China
in close cooperation with various partners from business, education and
government sectors. This service will continue to expand throughout Asia.
Bó Lè Students has a dedicated core team for campus recruitment that is independent from Bó Lè Associates’ executive search team. The current Bó Lè Students team consists of 17 members, mainly technology specialists who develop proprietary applications that enhance efficiency, reduce lead time, raise overall quality and consistency of screening, promote seamless communication and total transparency with clients throughout the recruitment process.
In addition to this core team, Bó Lè Students can also leverage on our over 60 consultants from the executive search team on a case-by-case basis particularly during peak times. Bó Lè Students will scale up to 25 people at the peak of the recruitment cycle with additional headcount added to the screening and selection team.
